Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is official, Goku Turns Super Saiyan Blue!
The moment we all have been waiting for has arrived. Dragon Ball has finally announced the long-awaited Budokai Tenkaichi 4. This game took 16 years to get announced, well better late than never. Budokai Tenkaichi is known as the best game series in Dragon Ball Z. Hence, the new announcement is big news. There is an official trailer announcing Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4. And what can be better than showing Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue form in the first trailer?
The first three titles of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi came out in the years 2005, 2006, and 2007. Then the developers took a break and released Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team. It was released for the PSP back in 2010, and it is not considered a mainstream title. Hence, we can say that the last big game we got was back in 2007. After 16 years, finally, the developers are reviving the franchise.
Goku makes the trailer even more exciting with his Super Saiyan Blue form
The trailer first shows some throwback footage from the previous games. And then Kakarot finally appears in his Super Saiyan Blue form doubling our excitement. Lastly, the trailer ends with the words “get ready for battle” and “a new Budokai Tenkaichi begins.” Do note that the name Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4 is not official, it can be called something else, but what’s important t is that the franchise is still alive, and we are getting a new game.
Currently, there is no announcement of supported platforms. Obviously, the game will support new-generation consoles. We shall wait for the official details to get more information.
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi is known for its engaging gameplay. The series have an extensive roster of fighters from the Dragon Ball Z universe, hence it has a lot of popularity in the DBZ community. Hopefully, the new title takes the DNA from the original title and shines in the market.
