近几年，植物肉开始进入市场，但对于普通消费者来说，人造植物肉总是缺乏真肉的口感与质地。
据央视财经，为解决这一个问题，西班牙一家植物肉公司尝试使用3D打印技术，
把植物肉整块打印出来，模拟出真肉的纤维及口感。
过去几个月，这家植物肉公司3D打印出来的鸡排，在巴塞罗那的几家餐厅里小范围出售。这些餐厅介绍，一些顾客的确没有吃出来，菜肴里的鸡排是3D打印的植物肉。
