Q：店铺冻结不能进入后台，该如何撤销品牌备案？
A：店铺被冻结，但品牌并不会主动撤销，无法进入后台可以参考以下操作：
1、打开亚马逊卖家服务支持页面：https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/help/contact-us
2、选择Account termination request
3、Business name填法人or公司名，注意要填写与卖家账户中的公司名称相同
4、Email填亚马逊账号的注册邮箱
5、Question and comment（问题描述参考）：
User email：亚马逊账号注册邮箱
Brand：已备案的品牌名
The specific reason for removal：移除的原因参考
经销商合同到期，经销商/3P合同取消等
例如：My Amazon seller account was blocked and I can’t log in to open a case, but the trademark owner doesn’t allow me to use the brand again, please help me remove my Brand registry. Thanks!
6、开case后有可能是机器回复，之后case会自动关闭，可能直接被系统拒绝。这时需要在原case里再开同样的问题即可，确保有客服接手
