放假调休制度一直备受争议，今年的清明节终于不再调休，但同样无法令人满意，区区一天根本来不及回家祭祖，尤其是身在外地的。
如何调整休息日，最近也成了委员、代表们关注的焦点，尤其是双休日是否可以改变一下。
全国政协委员熊水龙拟提交提案，建议适时调整“双休日”，试点开展周休日实行“ 隔周三休 ”的制度。
也就是说，一周休息一天，次周休息三天，如此循环。
