巴比特讯，2月15日，国家税务总局广州市税务局正式启动元宇宙办税厅。据悉，元宇宙办税厅将大数据、人工智能、元宇宙等多种技术紧密结合，以实体办税厅和纳税人之家为蓝本，将虚拟空间划分为咨询辅导、业务办理、纳税人学堂等区域，互动性突出。税务数字员工“悦悦”是人工智能的化身，纳税人登录元宇宙办税厅后，能随时与“悦悦”互动交流，咨询各种税费问题，同时可办理纳税证明开具等各种税费业务。
