夸克起诉高途不正当竞争索赔1000万

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）2月23日 消息:据中国经济网报道，近日，夸克公司就其旗下大学题库数据被高途公司旗下考途App非法盗取一案，在杭州中级人民法院正式立案。

夸克要求高途立刻停止侵权行为，并赔偿1000万元的经济损失。

这也是国内首例涉及大学题库数据的侵权案件。

据悉，夸克是阿里巴巴旗下的一款智能搜索APP，为用户提供文字、语音和AI识图等多样搜索方式，其中的大学通服务为大学生提供学习资源和智能工具。而考途App则主要为大学用户提供搜题、在线课程等服务。
