因为寝室里两个人经常打呼噜，不管我睡得有多早，总会半夜被吵醒，深度睡眠特别少。之前戴过耳塞，但是几乎没什么效果，呼噜声跟雷声一样大。
我就想着吃点褪黑素能不能稍微改善下我的睡眠质量。昨天第一次吃，没什么效果，四点多又醒了一回，后面基本上没睡着。
有什么改善睡眠质量的方法吗？
