去年的智能手机销量出现下滑，主要品牌尤其是安卓厂商日子普遍没那么滋润。显然，要想刺激消费者的购机热情，除了降价还得靠新品。
来自国外爆料人RGcloudS的消息，参考今年的骁龙8 Gen2 for Galaxy，明年的三星Galaxy S24系列会延续搭载三星向高通定制的骁龙8 Gen3处理器，CPU/GPU频率依然比标准版高一些。
他还提到，骁龙8 Gen3将升级到3nm工艺并非4nm。
性能方面，在GeekBench 5中，
骁龙8 Gen3的单核将第一次迈过2000分大关，相较于骁龙8 Gen2提升多达33%、相较于苹果A16也能提升7%左右。
考虑到这几代苹果A系列芯片“挤牙膏”的特性，A17若继续将主要精力放在能耗上，那么骁龙8 Gen3在单核方面逆袭A17或许也不是天方夜谭。
另外，有说法是，骁龙8 Gen3或提前到11月初甚至10月份发布。
