Thank you very much, at the same time I got the Europe/Global version firmware download address Here, version number A.06.
But it still seems to be ofp firmware

Thank you! init_boot.img file in this firmware should be working for rooting A.06, right?

Btw. where did you get the link from?

Nevermind, the init_boot.img from that ofp firmware version doesn't work for A.06 CPH2449GDPR..

has anyone actually found an msm tool for the project id 22861 (eu op11)?


I have my doubts as to whether an older msm tool version works because I think that an older version will not have partition data from the op11

use qlm/fastboot if soft loop after flash
fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta vbmeta.img
however i will not suggest region change on chines device because of official msm flash error, at least wait until next update

If your are using fastboot for Color OS . I have tried this and has worked on oneplus 10 ( china version)

fastboot flash vendor_boot " vender_boot.img"

If your are using fastboot for Color OS . I have tried this and has worked on oneplus 10 ( china version)

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta " vbmeta.img"
fastboot flash vendor_boot " vender_boot.img"
fastboot flash boot " boot.img"

Has anyone try this? pls tell it ok ?

tried it, didn't resolve the boot loop/stuck issue.

Dear all, general question, I am new to this topic of flashing android and I want to clarify with you the topic of unlocking bootloader for OP11, because I found conflicting information on the internet.
If bootloader would be unlocked is it possible that some banking apps could not work and for example my corporate apps (installed via Company Portal from Microsoft) would also not work?

That's right, after unlocking the bootloader (UNLOCKED flag) almost all banking apps, GooglePay payments will not work.
Corporate applications - it's hard to say, it depends on what restrictions the developer has introduced.

Therefore, unlocking the bootloader is done by people who root their devices. Since we root, then it is possible to "hide bootloader unlock" and the above. apps work and contactless payments too

Thanks @qriozum for your reply, all is clear now. But what about efficiency of this hiding of bootloader unlock flag? Is there any verified way that it makes all apps running again? Do you have any experience on this topic?

I have no experience with OP11 yet.
But with every other previous one and yes
Magisk does the job, effective. Zygisk, HideApp, SafetyNet and of the apps I use, none of them caused any problems.

Hey thanks for this man, im still waiting for CPH2451 OTA so i can root with magisk. I got the phone early in the POP UP. I managed to unlock the bootloader but still need the update for the Boot.img
I need you guys help. Could someone provide a persist.img for "ColorOS 13.0.0 A.09 China"? I appreciate for your help.

Certainly from OxygenUpdater.
But now it gets very slowly

I have no idea where I could upload a 5.17GB file so that it doesn't have a terrible data limit.
If you have an idea, say it - I will throw in and give a link.
