牙龈肿了、出血，洗牙也没效果，有没有特效药？

大概上个月底，门牙两边的牙，内侧牙龈鼓了起来，尤其是早上刚睡醒，鼓得比较严重，晚上就好一点，但还是鼓起来的。
然后那几个鼓起来的牙龈，只要用舌头用力去顶或者喝热水冷水之类的刺激，就会流血，流得不多，漱漱口就不流了。
上周一去看了牙周病科，医生给我洗了牙，说洗了牙就好了，但是到现在一周了，内侧牙龈还是会鼓起来，用舌头用力挤压还是会流血。
这是什么情况，有没有什么药可以缓解？
