因为怕信用卡被扣钱，我就把境外支付锁了。最近每天都收到扣美元没成功的短信。可以查到具体是哪家公司在扣么？等我确认了，我再去把锁打开。因为之前申请了一些域名、服务器、saas 啥的。然后我想，要是不锁，钱估计不经扣。
