碳链价值APP讯，以太坊基金会在最新发布的一篇文章中表示，Shanghai+Capella（Shapella）主网升级正在进入最后的预发布序列——公共测试网。
Shapella 包含许多功能，但对质押者和共识层来说最重要的是支持提款。退出的验证者可以全额取款，而活跃验证者余额超过 32 ETH 的可以部分取款。另外，第一个长期存在的公共测试网 Sepolia 计划于 2 月 28 日进行升级。
2 月 7 日，上海升级首个公共测试网 zhejiang 到达预定高度后已成功激活上海升级。此前开发人员表示，之后在 Sepolia 测试网升级后，计划在 2 月底或 3 月初在以太坊 Goerli 测试网上发布上海升级，过渡成功后，将转向主网。
