Improve your speech learning from your own digital version
Hello everyone, We are a team of young educators and researchers, developing educational tools powered by Artificial Intelligence that can serve underserved learners globally.
OI Avatar is one of them: it's a friendly web-based platform helpful for non-native English speakers, where they can practice how to speak English (either with a US or British accent) and improve their confidence.
We believe our product can help millions of non-native people, and we would appreciate if you could give us your feedback!
Please note OI Avatar is completely free, in Beta.
All you need to do is:
-Record yourself for 20 seconds
-Type a few sentences
-Choose your voice and select British or US English accent
-Complete the feedback form
Here are some highlights of OI Avatar:
-you can create your own speaking digital avatar in less than 5 minutes and hear yourself speak with a proper English accent
-you can practice English at your own pace, helping you to identify issues with your pronunciation only for the words you want to improve
- you can improve your public speaking skills by imitating a better (but digital) version of yourself, not a stranger person from movies or by taking another English class
The test won't take more than 5 minutes of your time! Your contribution will help us validate our idea, understand if the entire platform is user-friendly, and be ready to develop a useful product for millions of people across the globe.
