I - a passionate web developer and freelance developer - had this exact issue countless times already. I didn't want to set up an entire backend just to receive a few emails as it is expensive to host and maintain. But when looking at existing solutions like Mailchimp or Emailoctopus, I was surprised to see that all of the solutions out there offer extremely limited free plans, put their logo on everything, offer zero customization, and try to lock you in. When asking colleagues, other developers, and friends, but also entrepreneurs and small business owners they encountered the same problem, so I decided to build my own solution and share it with them, and you! Introducing easyembed.net! I hope you enjoy the first alpha version as much as I did building it. I'm grateful for any kind of feedback, be it feature suggestions, bugs, typos (English is not my native tongue), or critique.
