一位入职台积电6个月的女职员，日前在网络论坛并向媒体吐槽了自己的真实工作经历。
部分跟帖人表示，她遇到的情况不是个案。
这位女职员透露，其主管不遵守公司规章，经常迟到早退，甚至在工作时间开车外出。同时，主管也没有很好维护自己的权益，给自己的工作制造困难，比如任务完成慢时必须立即报告，任务完成快也必须反思和解释所犯的错误。
女员工还提到了资历老的同事会欺负年轻下属，包括打他们的头、使用不客气的话语责备等，种种行径有如“流氓”一般。
