近日，有爱奇艺年费会员表示，其使用3台设备同时登录时账号被封，想解封则需要充值更贵的会员，引发网友热议。
对此，2月2日，爱奇艺回应《每日经济新闻》记者称：为保护用户账号安全及会员权益，我们会对超出服务协议登录设备上限或者有异常登录及播放情况的账号，进行暂时封停。用户可通过自助修改密码来解除封停。不存在需充值更贵会员才能解封的情况。这次，由于技术原因造成部分用户点击解封页面时跳转到了错误的页面，非常抱歉给用户带来的误会和不佳的产品体验，目前技术故障已经修复。
