2023年1月2日18:47分，著名翻译家王智量在上海交通大学医学院附属第六人民医院去世，享年94岁。
热爱俄罗斯文学的朋友一定不会对王智量这个名字感到陌生。由他翻译的普希金作品《叶甫盖尼·奥涅金》堪称经典，而他历经坎坷不改初心的人生故事也深深打动了无数读者。
王智量精通英语俄语，主要译著有《叶甫盖尼·奥涅金》《安娜·卡列宁娜》《黑暗的心》《上尉的女儿》《贵族之家》《前夜》《双子星座》《贝壳》《莱蒙托夫叙事诗集》《散文诗·帕拉莎》《马雅可夫诗选》《野天鹅》等30余部。在俄罗斯的普希金纪念馆中甚至都陈列着王智量的译本。2019年11月，当时92岁高龄的王智量荣膺中国翻译协会设立的“翻译文化终身成就奖”称号。（来源）
