本周，三星公布了四季度财报。其中营收下滑9%、利润大减69%，存储芯片业务的利润更是暴跌90%。
即便如此，三星称不会削减2023财年对芯片研发的投资，甚至还会加大，以保持竞争力和尽快稳定制造技术。
虽然过去一年，存储芯片行情疲软与PC行业大背景不景气有关，可三星在内存和闪存两大技术上，均出现落后倒是很罕见（指DRAM芯片制造工艺和3D闪存层数两方面）。
不过，行业咨询机构TrendForce给出的最新研判是，存储芯片的价格在今年上半年将继续自由落体，甚至持续更长时间。
