Galaxy S25系列有望迎回Exynos芯片：三星3nm工艺

1月31日消息，据报道，由于下一代Exynos芯片开发工作缓慢，三星目前暂停了在其旗舰手机中搭载Exynos芯片，Galaxy S23系列均采用高通芯片。
不过， 三星计划为Galaxy S25研发新款Exynos芯片，可能会采用第二代3nm GAA技术量产。
但是由于3nm GAA工艺的良品率较低，不少人担心三星是否能解决好生产问题。
在去年Galaxy S22搭载的Exynos 2000芯片出现性能问题后，三星开始对其芯片业务进行全面审查，这也促使Galaxy S23和S24系列暂停使用Exynos芯片。
