微软收购动视暴雪的交易，至今还卡在监管层。
日前，微软首席沟通官Frank X. Shaw遗憾表示，索尼向欧盟官员大倒苦水称，如果微软收购达成，那么在《使命召唤》等IP上，自己就获取不了和过去动视独营时一样的权益。
Shaw指出，微软已经承诺将采取措施解决合并后的诸多问题，包括给索尼签发长达10年的《使命召唤》许可协议。
据悉，上周三，索尼互娱CEO Jim Ryan会见了欧盟反垄断负责人Margrethe Vestager，虽然双方都没有透露沟通细节，但外界认为，这小子肯定没说微软的好话。
