春节假期很快就过完了，已经复工复产的外贸人应该将年前所维系的各种客户再次进行下梳理，无论是跟进到哪个节点，都需要写封邮件进行“促活”。
及时发送复工邮件，是一件能够极大地增强客户感知的事情，如何写邮件需要针对不同的客户采取不同的写法，下面为大家分享一下复工后稳住订单和客户的技巧和方法，以下是应对不同场景下的复工邮件：

节前未出货的客户

有些客户的定金或者款项早就打过去了，因为过年停产停工的原因迟迟没有收到货物，而且对于货物的需求也非着急。这样的客户，肯定不希望自己收到的邮件内容仅仅是复工通知，会更加迫切地想知道什么时候生产，什么时候能收到货。

因此，针对这种客户，最好先和工厂沟通，问清楚具体什么时候可以出货，然后在邮件中明确告知客户。如果时间不确定，就说出一个大概的时间，总而言之安抚客户焦灼的小心灵。

邮件示例：

I hope everything is ok.We're back at work today. I am writing to inform you that your order is under intensive processing and is expected to be completed in mid to late February. I will inform you as soon as the goods are finished.Thank you for your patience.

订单可能出现延迟的客户

虽然复工复产，但是一开始肯定不会那么快走上正轨，需要一个缓冲的时间。要在邮件中清楚地告诉客户，复工不是那么简单，告诉客户确定好新的发货时间后会第一时间通知客户。

邮件示例：

I am contacting you to inform you that due to the shortage of raw materials, your order will be shipped later than expected. Shipment is scheduled for the first week of March. Thank you for your patience. If you need any other assistance, please let me know. We are always here.

联系您是想要告知、由于原材料短缺、船运紧张，您的订单会比预计的晚一些出运。

谈妥订单待付定金的客户

对待此类客户，我们需要简明扼要的表达自己的主题，即让客户尽早付定金，尽早安排生产，尤其是在出货旺季，定金支付更要果断。
