早上起床没吃东西 有点口渴喝了罐 rio 8 度
然后抽个烟去洗澡了
热水 45 度
弯腰搓澡后站起来洗头就开始晕
眼黑耳鸣喘不上气 当时觉得自己要噶了 但不知道什么原因
打开厕所门后缓了几分钟才清醒了
后面查资料不少人相同经历
