据 Finextra 日报道，瑞士楚格州最高法院裁定支持股东要求审计 ConsenSys Software Incorporated（CSI）的创始交易。该交易代号为“Project North Star”，将主要产品和业务部门（MetaMask、Infura 等）从瑞士的 ConsenSys AG 转移到美国的 CSI，然后基于对这些资产的所有权，CSI 在 2020 年至 2022 年期间筹集了 7.15 亿美元。
