1月20日，电信运营板块盘中拉升走高，截至收盘， 中国电信涨停，中国联通涨约7%，中国移动涨超4%，盘中最高至78.85元，逼近上市以来的历史高点。
消息面上，近期，工信部副部长张云明先后出席中国电信、中国移动、中国联通、中国铁塔2023年工作会议并讲话。
张云明表示，信息通信业面临新的战略机遇、新的战略任务、新的战略阶段、新的战略要求、新的战略环境。 要加快推进新型基础设施体系现代化，夯实高质量发展基石；加快推进产业体系现代化，拓展高质量发展空间。
早在去年7月，中国移动、中国联通、中国电信就曾联合举办电信行业上市公司投资者交流活动，向广大投资者宣讲三家运营商在数字经济时代下的广阔发展前景。
