The SAP Build team invites you to make an impact: Contribute to evolving the user experience and participate in our user research activities. These encompass, amongst others, surveys and remote usability tests. Depending on the study format, the time required varies from a few minutes to an hour.

Understanding your pain points and needs

We optimise the user experience of SAP Build based on insights we gain from our end-users.
A team of user researchers explore needs and pain points of actual and potential end-users.
Their findings feed into concepts and prototypes, which we let users test before coding starts.

We invite you to engage with us to develop the most effective, efficient, and satisfying user experience of SAP Build. Of course, all insights and answers gathered from our studies are collected and treated anonymously.

Executing Digital Business Processes

We are redesigning the experience of users executing digital business processes, collaborating with each other, and exploring the performance of their processes. You may

• be a business process owner and accountable for designing an effective and efficient process.
• start business processes, e.g. by submitting requests and want to ensure that they are processed in time and with the expected outcome.
• approve requests or contribute content within one or more steps of a running business process.

Creating tables

In SAP Build Process Automation, tables will be a new component within the form editor. This study focuses on evaluating the user experience when creating these tables.

During the study, you will automatically be guided through a series of tasks that we will ask you to accomplish. While solving the tasks on the prototype, please speak out loud and let us know what you’re thinking. Every detail might be important to us, especially when you are asking yourself questions or trying to figure out what to do. We are not testing you, we are testing the product concept. There are no right or wrong answers. If you have anything negative or critical to say, you won’t hurt our feelings.

Prerequisites for participating in the test

• Experience with creating/editing tables.
• No SAP Build experience required.

Required set-up

To ensure that you can make the greatest contribution to this study, we ask that you

• find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
• make sure your audio is turned on to record your comments.
