2019年11月，谷歌正式推出Stadia云游戏平台，作为其进军云游戏领域的第一枪。
但在2023年的现在， 我们看到的却不是游戏领域又一颗新星的徐徐升起，而是谷歌宣布关闭Stadia的消息。
今天，谷歌正式关闭旗下Stadia云游戏平台，任何平台的玩家都将无法再访问Stadia服务器并游玩游戏。
事实上，在2022年9月，谷歌就曾告知玩家将关闭Stadia是服务，并向任何在其运营过程中购买Stadia服务的用户退款，退款范围包括游戏、可下载服务与手柄。
