"I'd love some feedback on our messaging and copy. Do you understand what this challenge is about? Does it make you excited to join? What stands out (good or bad)? Inquiring minds want to know!"
What's up Product Hunt, glad to be back for my first launch of 2023 😤
This month: a group challenge to speedrun your way to 1000 new newsletter subscribers.
I built out this challenge over the last week, taking everything I've learned from the past two 100 in 100 user-growth challenges, to hopefully make our best event yet.
Here's the gist:
- You've got 30 days to race your way to 1000 new subs on your newsletter. - Your progress will be tracked on our race-track style leaderboard. - We'll have tons of content and weekly meetups to help you along the way.
If you've got an email list and you want to grow it then join Speedrun 1000 and get there FAST.
See you there!
Hey @anthonycastrio - this is such a fun way of not just growing the newsletter, but to build accountability among makers. Love the concept!
Feedback (because you asked for it) - 1. It is not clear if someone who doesn't have the existing newsletter (like me) can join the challenge or not? 2. +1000 subs on the current benchmark or from 0 up? Why is this important - someone with 500-1000 existing subs, already has a fair amount of advantage/ground to build on. It can be as simple as refer/share this issue with 5-10-20 of your friends to get a .
I am sure you have thought about these and more points, but it is not coming out clearly in the current version of landing page.
Rooting for the success of this challenge!
Absolutely love this, Anthony! I'd participate if I could make the time - I'll have to jump in next time round.
Good luck though!
