为了避免节假日拥堵，有代表给出了完美的解决方案，不少车主也是纷纷点赞。
节假日高速公路免费通行，降低了出行成本，但集中出行造成拥堵也成为司机的噩梦。
广东省十四届人大一次会议正在会期中。省人大代表马群涛建议，广东省应尽快研究调整现行高速公路四个节假日免费政策，为避免节假日车辆拥堵，可以对省内车辆省内出行给予免费通行额度，即每车每年30天，节假日则照常收费。
2012年，国务院印发实施《重大节假日免收小型客车通行费实施方案》（下称《实施方案》），春节、清明节、劳动节、国庆节等四个国家法定节假日期间，高速公路可以免费通行。每年四个节假日的免费天数共计22天。
