树莓派发布了官方的相机模块Camera Module 3。是 2016 年发布的 Camera Module 2 的升级版。目前推出四个版本，标准视角、广角，以及用于夜间摄影的 NoIR 版，NoIR 广角版，起价 25 美元（约 170 元人民币）。
Camera Module 3相机模块采用索尼 IMX708 传感器、比起 Camera Module 2 的 800 万像素，Camera Module 3 具有 1200 万像素、支持1080P，50 帧的视频、支持高动态范围（HDR）摄影，支持相位检测自动对焦（PDAF）和对比度检测自动对焦，并且可输出 RAW10 文件格式。
