所见：两侧胸廓对称。双肺血管支气管束走行、分布正常右肺中叶内段(m212-216) 见实性结节，大小约为 3x2mm 。右侧胸膜局限性增厚。气管、支气管未见明显狭窄、阻塞。纵隔和两肺门区未见明显肿大淋巴结。心脏及大血管形态未见明显异常。 附见:肝脏见点状高密度灶;肝脏见囊性类圆形低密度影，CT 值约 9Hu 。
诊断意见：右肺中叶增殖灶，右侧胸膜局限性增厚。请结合临床。附见:肝脏钙化灶;肝脏囊性灶，请结合超声
