早在2020年，《赛博朋克2077》的开发商CDPR就遭到了全球投资者权益律师事务所罗森律师事务所的诉讼，旨在为CDPR的投资者追讨损失。
该诉讼指出， CDPR存在发布虚假、误导性信息的行为，掩盖了《赛博朋克2077》几乎无法在旧世代主机上运行的问题。
这不仅导致索尼、微软和CDPR被迫为旧世代主机玩家提供全额退款，也导致投资者遭受了不应承受的损失。
今天，
这起投资者集体诉讼案终于告一段落，宣布达成和解，CDPR将向原告支付185万美元（约合人民币1267万元）的赔偿。
