Alameda Research 反对 Binance US 收购 Voyager 资产
1 月 6 日，根据周三提交给纽约破产法院的法律文件，Alameda Research 表示反对 Binance 美国子公司 Binance US 计划收购破产的加密货币借贷机构 Voyager Digital 的资产。
该交易已经遭到美国 SEC 的反对，后者要求提供更多关于 Binance US 如何负担得起该笔 10 亿美元交易的信息。得克萨斯州、新泽西州、佛蒙特州和纽约州的证券和银行监管机构也不同意该笔交易。
司法部下属的 U.S. Trustee 也表示反对，并写道：“鉴于（Voyager）最近与 FTX US 的不愉快经历，法院不应支持他们在没有充分尽职调查证据、未能为利益相关方提供充分和公平审议机会的情况下仓促达成另一项资产购买协议。”
该法律文件称，Binance US 于 12 月宣布的计划“不公平地区别对待”Alameda 的索赔，违反了美国破产法的规定，即在高优先级索赔完全解决之前，不能偿还低级债权人，并要求纽约南区法院拒绝批准。
由代表 FTX 集团的 Sullivan & Cromwell 律师事务所的 Andrew G. Dietderich 提交的文件称，Alameda 是 Voyager 的“大股东”。文件称，根据去年 6 月制定的一项救助计划，Alameda 向即将破产的 Voyager 提供了 2 亿美元和 1.5 万枚比特币，其中 7500 万美元的稳定币在 Voyager 破产之日仍未偿还。
