@alharizi seems to be a known issue with the current Lineage. Until the bug is squashed someone mentioned that the Footej app will work properly for video.
Shame... Previous Lineage versions didn't have this issue...
Thanks for the link šŸ™ Yes, it does work, but kinda sucks that I need to use proprietary software that bombards the user with video ads before each usage to use a basic feature :/

Do you have a firewall, like AFWall+? I've noticed that for a lot of apps, ones which have no legit need for internet, blocking internet access will kill ads. Probably would need to clear it's cache or reinstall to purge ads it's already downloaded.
A hosts file adblocker like AdAway can work too.
I hate ads.

I love the rom but have a couple of issues
1. I can’t get 5G Standalone to work on LineageOS on T-Mobile it worked on stock though so it must be a lineage issue anyone else having this issue? I get no service if I force NR Only on Lineage but on stock it does get service when forced to NR Only.
2. If I try to turn off automatic network selection it finds no cellular networks.
3. The modem crashes sometimes

Anyone?

Just had my N200 converted to DE2117 crashdump on me randomly with hotspot running, December 28th build. Never happened on the previous build I was on. Much as I want to use a custom ROM and avoid the buggy OxygenOS for this device, I can't be having this happen.

I also keep having crashing issues too Something about modem lte soc crashed while trying to reset or smt
"Qualcomm crash dump: lte_symproc_tx_cpiw.c:480:ltesymproc_iuss: assertion failed"
I will take a picture of the full crash text next time it happens. I think it always says the same thing.

I see there's a LOS 20 branch but development is stalled. Any considerations re an unofficial build? Need a new daily asap and I could invest some effort.

LOS was actually release for a bunch of devices a couple of days ago. I don't know how many people are working on this phone but I don't think its very popular so it might take some time.

Apologies, for the device there is a LOS 20 branch. I guess I should rephrase. It sounds like the black screen issue and other problems were fixed.. But it has the potential to become a can of worms. Just how large is the can of worms? Can I build and install it as is? Will it boot loop? Can I get into my phone and start debugging? If so could I have my own device functional in 10-20 hours? I'm unsure if anyone can answer but I'd happily contribute findings. Would rather get the latest and greatest.

Gotcha, well OP was the one who fixed the black screen issue I believe. He/she may have an idea of what the time frame is but people don't generally like when you ask for an ETA here. "It'll come when it comes" ya
