基于概念知识图的支付宝用户下一次消费意向预测：
本文阐述了用概念知识图进行用户下一步意图预测的技术。该系统已经部署在支付宝的网络上，为超过1亿的日活跃用户提供服务。具体来说，我们提出了AlipayKG来明确描述用户意图，这是一个生活服务领域的离线概念知识图，对用户的历史行为、用户互动的丰富内容以及它们之间的关系进行建模。我们进一步引入了一个基于Transformer的模型，它整合了知识图谱中的专家规则来推断在线用户的下一步意图。实验结果表明，所提出的系统可以有效地提高下游任务的性能，同时保留可解释性。
