1月3日晚，Intel正式发布了 13代酷睿主流桌面版、移动版 ，还有12代酷睿N系列，但是此前预告的i9-13900KS缺席了，最新说法是1月12日会单独发布。
在某电商平台，i9-13900KS一度被摆上架，随后又被撤掉，幸好有人眼疾手快，保留了证据，只是没有价格。
包装盒是重新设计的，但没有i9-12900KS等此前特别型号的那么华丽， 仍然是标准的方盒子，不过配色更深，侧面图案不同，还注明了“特别版”字样。
规格上没什么意外的， 可以证实在i9-13900K的基础上，P核最高加速频率从5.8GHz提高到6.0GHz，基础功耗从125W增加到150W。
