12月22日消息，国美零售今日晚间发布公告，公司与Shinning Crown Holdings Inc. (Shinning Crown，为一家由公司控股股东黄光裕全资拥有的公司) 订立贷款协议，据此，Shinning Crown 同意向该公司提供港币1.5亿元的贷款。
贷款为免息及无抵押，初始期限为六个月，可由订约双方于届满前以书面形式延长。贷款所得款项将由集团用作一般营运资金。
实际上，这已经是黄光裕本月第三次向国美注资，加上12月8日的1.5亿、12月14日的2亿港币，累计借出5亿港币。
据了解，这笔钱是黄光裕之前减持股票所得，免息无抵押支持上市公司的流动性资金，包括但不限于解决员工的部分工资问题。
