巴西总统签署加密货币新法律，涉及许可证以及虚拟货币诈骗处罚规定
据 CoinDesk 12 月 23 日报道，巴西总统 Jair Bolsonaro 周四批准众议院和参议院最近通过的一项加密监管法案。
根据新法律，涉及虚拟资产的诈骗犯将被处以 4 年至 6 年监禁外加罚款。数字资产公司（包括交易所和交易中介机构）可以申请 “虚拟服务提供商” 许可证。被视为证券的数字资产将受到巴西证券交易委员会（CVM）的监管，不属于这一类别的资产将由另一个尚未成立的机构监管。企业将有 180 天的时间来适应新规。
