大赚大亏后都要休息
大赚后趋势已经有大段运行，要小心趋势衰竭，而不是追加投资，大干快上。
大亏后，需要时间平复情绪，避免报复性交易。
“不知常，妄作，凶”[^1]。
不认识自然规律的轻妄举止，往往会出乱子和灾凶。
那如何认识市场规律？复盘是成本最低的方式。
关键是时机
即使看对了方向，但是时间不对，还是无法盈利、甚至会亏损。在正确的时间做正确的事情，时候不到，再怎么努力也没有用。守株待兔、以逸待劳才是正确的操作方式。
时间就是金钱
正确的仓位，往往一开始市场就会给与慷慨的奖励。所以开仓后，如果价格没有如预期运行，及时止损往往是一个不错的选择。一方面可以降低单笔止损，另一方面可以提高盈亏比。
