ED seizes assets worth Rs 907 crore from crypto exchanges under PMLA
In connection with investigations into crypto exchange money laundering, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has detained three people and attached criminal proceeds totaling Rs 907 crore.
Twelve cryptocurrency exchanges have been found to have engaged in Goods and Services Tax (GST) avoidance totaling Rs. 87.60 crore. There has been a recovery of Rs. 110.97 crore, including interest and penalty.
