法国以 FTX 破产为由考虑于明年 10 月对加密货币公司实施全面许可制度

据 Foresight News 消息，法国参议院财政委员会成员 Hervé Maurey 周二提出了一项修正案，该修正案旨在要求任何希望从事数字资产服务的提供商最迟在 2023 年 10 月在法国进行强制注册。该修正案称 FTX 最近的破产凸显了任何加密资产投资的固有风险，法国目前两级机制分为强制注册和可选认证，允许加密货币公司在 2026 年之前在没有完整许可证的情况下在该国运营。该修正案于本周在参议院通过，将于明年提交法国议会。
