联盟IBM 日本找来2大高手攻关2nm工艺：最快2025年量产

20世纪80年代，日本是全球的半导体霸主，一度严重威胁了美国公司地位，之后被打压，现在只在个别领域还有优势，先进工艺上已经落后当前水平10到20年，不过日本已经制定复兴计划，联手欧洲IMEC之后又确定联手IBM。
此前报道就指出，日本要想攻关2nm先进工艺，潜在的合作对象就是IBM公司，后者也在日前发布声明， 确认跟日本Rapidus公司达成合作，双方将成立研发机构，IBM会派遣员工参与合作。
Rapidus公司是前不久日本至少八大电子巨头联合成立的半导体公司，吸引了日本丰田、索尼、铠侠、NEC、软银、电装等8家公司联合投资，每家出资10亿日元。
Rapidus计划最快2025年量产2nm制程芯片，到2027年量产改良版2nm及之后的新一代半导体工艺。
