CPU 总是降频到 0.4Ghz，大家有什么排查方法吗？

CPU 是 5900hx ，笔记本型号是雷蛇 14 。
最近发现每次加入 teams 会议后 CPU 都会运行在 0.4Ghz 。简单排查了一下，驱动都更新到了最新，降频前后 CPU ，GPU 温度都不超过 50 度。这个问题不止 teams 客户端，teams 网页版加入会议都有这个问题。
不知道大家有没有什么好的排查方法

因为更新 BIOS 要关 Bitlocker ，所以之前一直没更新。这次花时间关 BitLocker 更新了一下 BIOS ，我之后测试一下问题有没有解决。
