荣耀借壳上市？多家上市公司澄清：没有收到相关消息

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）12月5日 消息:今日，针对“荣耀拟借壳上市”的报道，英飞拓方面回应称，没有收到相关消息，有消息会及时公告。而深城交方面则表示，荣耀没有借壳深城交上市。

据了解，受荣耀上市消息影响，上述两家公司今日盘中一度涨停。

而就在上月，波导股份也表示，与荣耀手机不存在任何形式的合作，不存在荣耀手机借壳上市事项。

华为荣耀

今年4月，有报道称，荣耀考虑2022年在国内上市，筹资450亿美元。

对此，荣耀方面回应称，信息不属实。

此前，荣耀CEO赵明表示，荣耀未来可能会有上市计划，但不是今天讨论的事情，自己作为CEO最关注的事情还是荣耀的业务发展。
