5G网络建设如火如荼，
爱立信最新发布的《移动市场报告》显示，5G增速超以往任何一代移动通信。
据爱立信预计，到2028年底，5G移动签约数将达到50亿。
爱立信表示，该统计数据证明，5G是扩展速度最快的一代移动技术，其受到多种因素促进，包括 多家手机厂商及时推出5G机型，而且5G手机价格下降速度也比4G手机更快，以及中国已经提前大规模部署5G等。
爱立信预测，全球固定无线接入（FWA）连接增长速度将超越此前预期。在2022-2028年期间FWA预计将以每年19%的速度增长，到2028年底连接数将达到3亿。
