比如写周报，很多人都觉得很痛苦。本来就很忙，还要花时间写这个；活都干完了，写不写有啥区别；又或者自己不太会写，干的多又写不出来，亏了；等等。
且不说周报对管理者的便利，单纯自己而言，事前计划、事后回顾，这本来就是很自然的事。
比如我自由职业这么多年，也一直在写每周碎碎念。这不是什么负担，更多的是对自己的一种约束和倒逼。没有人要求，我也会这么做。而当有人要求时，就是从心所欲不逾矩了。
