财联社12月3日电，微软准备为其690亿美元收购游戏公司动视暴雪的交易抗争；游戏手柄Xbox生产商微软尚未向美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）提供关于潜在反垄断指控/调查的解决方案建议；FTC也还没有表态是否打算阻挠微软的这宗并购交易；但欧盟和英国的反垄断执法部门都已经对微软的这宗交易表示担忧。 （彭博）
