Peter Thiel 支持的风投机构 Valar Ventures 持有 BlockFi 19% 股份

11 月 29 日，根据 BlockFi 提交给破产法庭的文件，Valar Ventures 拥有 BlockFi 19% 的股份，是其最大股东之一。据悉，Valar Ventures 是从 PayPal 联合创始人 Peter Thiel 创立的投资机构 Thiel Capital 分拆出来的风险投资机构。
今年 7 月，Valar 支持的另一家加密货币贷款机构 Vauld Group 冻结客户提款，并在新加坡申请债权人诉讼和索赔保护。
据此前报道，据 BlockFi 破产申请表显示，Ankura Trust Company, LLC 是其最大债权人，拥有价值约 7.29 亿美元的无担保债权，其次是 FTX US 和美国证券交易委员会，无担保债权分别为 2.75 亿美元和 3000 万美元。FTX US 的金额似乎来自于今年早些时候向 BlockFi 提供的信贷额度，而美国证券交易委员会的金额则是与 BlockFi 与今年 2 月与州和联邦监管机构达成的多方调查和解协议有关。
