美国多个州监管机构正在调查 Genesis Global Capital 是否违反证券法
据巴伦周刊 11 月 25 日报道，美国多个州监管机构正在调查 Genesis Global Capital 是否违反证券法。
阿拉巴马州证券委员会主任 Joseph Borg 表示，其机构和其他几个州都参与调查，调查重点是 Genesis 和其他公司是否在没有适当注册的情况下诱导该州居民投资加密证券。Borg 没有透露其他被调查的公司名称。
此前报道，Genesis 已聘请投行 Moelis 探索包括破产在内的各种选择，DCG 对其有约 5.75 亿美元负债。
