DeFi 之道讯，11 月 24 日，根据国际清算银行（BIS）发布的一份关于非洲央行数字货币（CBDC）的报告显示，非洲中央银行对 CBDC 的兴趣激增，所有受访央行都在分析 CBDC，但只有少数项目处于后期阶段。非洲中央银行的一个主要动机是实现更高的支付系统效率。当前，只有尼日利亚发行了供公众使用的零售央行数字货币 eNaira，加纳正在试点零售 CBDC 项目，南非正在运行一个供机构使用的批发型 CBDC 项目。
