每天下班后到家感觉大脑特别疲惫，喜欢玩游戏也玩不动，睡觉还睡不着，就躺着看看手机 直播 或者干点啥就深夜睡觉了。
只有周五晚上状态会好。
这是为什么呢，精神导致的？还是上班脑力真的累？还是不运动因体力差影响的？
大家有类似状态吗，如何改善
